ROLLER DISCO WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By participating in this Roller Disco event (the "Event"), I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I understand that roller skating and related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, injuries, and equipment failure. I voluntarily assume all such risks, known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the organizers or others.
I hereby release, waive, and discharge the Event organizers, venue owners, sponsors, affiliates, staff, volunteers, and any other associated parties from all liability for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to person or property that may result from my participation in the Event.
I confirm that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent me from safely participating in roller skating activities. I accept full responsibility for my own well-being during the Event.
I understand I am responsible for the condition of my own skates and safety gear. If I rent equipment from the Event, I agree to use it at my own risk and return it in the same condition received.
I grant permission to the Event organizers to use photographs, video recordings, and other media taken during the Event for promotional and marketing purposes, without compensation or further approval.
If I am signing on behalf of a minor, I confirm that I am their legal guardian and agree to all terms of this waiver on their behalf.
By attending or participating in this Roller Disco event, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this waiver and agree to be bound by its terms.
